The Perfect Pair

Is there a more perfect pair than peanut butter and chocolate?  It is truly one of my favorite combinations.  This cupcake gives you a dark chocolate cupcake, topped with a light and fluffy peanut butter frosting, decorated with chocolate pieces and a peanut butter cup.
